Leo Barbosa and Cuanan Cronwright are a Brazilian and South African Executive Creative Director team at Dentsu Creative, New York.
Before joining Dentsu Creative, they worked at agencies such as Grey New York, FCB, Droga5, Ogilvy, Publicis and Leo Burnett, in Australia, South Africa, Brazil, Canada and the USA. They’ve gathered a wealth of experience during these travels, on brands in about every consumer sector.
While in New York, Leo and Cuanan led Pringles to win its first major advertising awards in over a decade, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Andy awards, One Show and Clios. Under their creative leadership, Pringles also saw its fastest growth in history, becoming a $3B business for the first time ever.
At FCB, Leo and Cuanan helped the agency achieve its best performance at the Cannes Lions Festival, leading the OLG brand to win its first ever Cannes Lions.
They've also had the opportunity to write and produce 5 Super Bowl spots, shooting with some of the best directors such as Tom Kuntz, Harold Einstein, Karim Hue Do and The Perlorian Brothers, to name a few.
Having grown up by the ocean in Brazil and South Africa respectively, Leo and Cuanan can be found surfing whenever the relentless world of advertising gives them a small break.
